Melt Grilled Cheesery is the first 'grilled cheesery' restaurant in the metro, serving different cheesy dishes and showcasing their house blend of melted cheeses to delight and impress cheese aficionados craving for a warm and gooey fix.
How cheesy can your feast get at Melt? Very–from appetizers down to desserts, they put the spotlight on this delicious dairy product. You can start off with Melt's Mac & Cheese Bars (P240) served with sour cream dip, or Chorizo Risotto Balls (P265) stuffed with mozzarella, mushroom and chorizo then deep-fried. Soups also have cheese, like Tomato Soup (P195) topped with grilled cheese croutons, or the classic Soupe A L'Oignon (P220), French onion soup with torched gruyere and mozzarella.
Grilled Cheese dishes here come in savory and sweet variants and come in sourdough bread or an upgrade of handmade black bread brioche. There's The Classic Melt (P275) and The Pot Roast Cheese Toast (P545) among the savory lineup; sweet grilled cheese include Dulce de Lecheese (P285) topped with vanilla ice cream and Blueberry Cheesecake Cheese Toast (P350). Cheese-laden mains include cheesy rice dishes, Beef Pot Roast (P440) with goat cheese, and Cheesy Chicken Roulade (P340). For desserts, more cheese in the form of assorted cheesecakes.
