Morganfield's is an Europeanized American casual diner hailing from Malaysia that has expanded to Singapore, China, and now the Philippines. Their specialty is their big and juicy slabs of pork ribs made "sticky" with a basting of sweet and sour tomato based sauce, which makes them popular as the 'Home of Sticky Bones.'

Their hickory-smoked ribs are slow smoked to give customers a BBQ experience that's tender and fall-off-the-bone. 'Sticky Bones' pork choices at Morganfield's include Iberico Baby Back (P950/slab) which you can choose to have a Jack Daniels Glaze or with a Jim Beam BBQ sauce, assorted flavors of Spare Ribs that come in Half Slab or Full Slab for sharing, like Hickory BBQ Spare Ribs (P750/P1,395) and Smoked Peppercorn Spare Ribs (P850/P1,595) which are both signature dishes. More meaty mains include steaks, pork chops, and sharing platters good for 3-4 persons, and for lunch, they offer set meals that come with free soup or salad, and bottomless soda.

Completing their menu are sides, salads, soups, pastas, and appetizers that make bar chow items for their assorted brews, coolers, and cocktails; seafood and chicken plates, a burger menu, sandwiches and tacos, and desserts served warm and a la mode like their signature Bread Pudding (P195) and Volcanic Chocolate Lava Cake (P245).
