Currently, the menu at Ramen Kagetsu Arashi Philippines lists 6 different ramen to choose from; menu will soon change frequently, adding more seasonal or limited-time ramen varieties. The signature dish and best-seller is the Arashi Genkotsu Ramen (P295, P199 for Jr. Ramen bowl). This top favorite features a signature Garlic Tonkotsu soup broth that has been simmered for hours. For garlic lovers, add extra punch to your bowl by putting cloves of fresh crushed garlic.

Also available is the Arashi Genkotsu Ramen Sio (P295, P199 for Jr. Ramen bowl) infused with sea salt and Arashi Genkotsu Ramen Miso (P295, P199 for Jr. Ramen bowl) flavored with miso paste. The Arashi Genkotsu Barikara Ramen (P345) lets you choose your broth (shoyu, miso, or sio), which is a spicy soup using chili peppers from Japan. Like the spicy ramen, the Arashi Genkotsu Char Siew Ramen (P365) also lets you select the broth flavor, and it comes with 5 pieces of char siew (barbecued pork). A spicy version of the char siew ramen is also available — Arashi Genkotsu Barikara Char Siew Ramen (P365). Several side dishes also available like gyoza, tonkatsu, salad, and korokke, as well as toppings as add-ons for your bowls of ramen.
