NiU by Vikings located at the highest level of SM Aura Premier is the new and exciting buffet destination brought by popular buffet brand, Vikings. And by the looks of it on their social media accounts, diners' palates will be pampered by an impressive food and drink lineup, served in an elegant and luxurious setting.

The term niu is an Old Norse word for 'nine,' the restaurant playing with the idea that they will lift their diners up to 'Cloud Nine' with their buffet selection. With Metro Manila already teeming with eat all you can establishments, NiU's luxe and royal approach to buffet will make them stand out, being at par (or perhaps even surpassing) with current hotel buffet offerings.

The restaurant is also introducing a 'sit-down' option at the buffet for a more comfortable dining experience: servers may bring the food to your table and recommend food from their selection, instead of diners lining up and walking around the buffet line. Their buffet cuts across many cuisines, so expect Asian, European, and American favorites, among others. Their beverages list is extensive, with assorted juices and alcoholic drinks to choose from.

NiU's soft opening discount (20% off total bill) will run until October 14, 2014; discount only available during lunch time. NiU is located at Skypark, Level 6, SM Aura Premier, BGC, Taguig.
