Bonfire Sticks N' Skewers is now open at BGC, a new restaurant that highlights many delicious treats on a stick, pretty much how one would imagine 'campfire cuisine,' but elevated for a modern and leveled-up rendition.

Bonfire offers a wide range of cuisines in its menu, not limited to traditional barbecues and kebabs. Their Skewered Lechon Kawali & Sinigang Rice, for instance, is a modern take on a Filipino food favorites, serving crispy pork pieces on sticks.

Campfire eats are comfort food items, as are sandwiches. While not served on a stick, Shrimp & Bacon PoBoy is Bonfire's take on a traditional sub made popular in New Orleans.
