About the Event
This 2017, change your luck and allow prosperity to flow into your life. The 4-week "Success & Prosperity" yoga series in January 2017 at Yoga+Express Legazpi is designed for those who want to shift their consciousness to a state of prosperity and abundance.
The program will help break through blocks that have been holding you back, develop greater self-love and self-worth, minimize anxiety and fear and rewire your nervous system for success
The class dates are: The Wheels of Prosperity: The Chakras (January 5),The Ten Bodies of Prosperity (January 12),Self Worth and Affirmative Action (January 19) and Green Energy and the Heart Chakra (January 26).
Each class includes various elements such as breathing exercises (pranayama), kriyas (yoga poses), mudras (hand gestures) chanting, meditation and more. A sound healing using a gong will be played at the end of the class.
The 4-week yoga series will be held at Yoga+Express Legazpi located at the 6/F Jose Cojuangco Bldg., 119 Dela Rosa St. corner Castro St., Legazpi Village, Makati. Fee is P2,100 for all four classes or drop in rate of P600 per class. For more info, text 0918 888-9198.
