About the Event
In celebration of its 11th anniversary and comeback to the community theatre scene, the Biñan Youth Performance Council (YPC), the official theatre group of the City of Biñan presents "Mga Kwentong Buhay sa Harap ng Telon 3" featuring five Filipino short plays about loving, laughing and living.
The two previous Telon series of the YPC was both succesful and well-attended in 2006 and 2008. Under the artistic directorship of UP theatre arts alumnus BJ Borja, the YPC continues to thrive as a theatre that is committed to confront its audience and community the realities of life and the truth.
Telon 3 runs December 9 to 11 with 3pm and 8pm shows at the Sentrong Pangkultura ng Biñan. Sentrong Pangkultura ng Biñan is the Old Municipal Building of the town and is now the home of its City Tourism and Cultural Affairs Office headed by Borja under the leadership of Biñan City Mayor Arman Dimaguila.
