About the Event
Making mechanical engineering students more competent than ever, Adamson University Mechanical Engineering Society (AUMES), in coordination with Department of Mechanical Engineering, will be conducting a Skills Olympics event entitled “Mecha-challenge” on August 23, 2016, Tuesday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at Adamson University Ozanam Building.
The main objective of this event is for the students to develop their technical and analytical skills through various activities. “Mecha-challenge” is composed of following activities:
- Mechanical Design Contest,
- Catapult Wars,
- Pick-and-Drop,
- MEtalino Ako (open to all 1st and 2nd year engineering students of Adamson University)
- An adaptation of Minute to Win It.
This event is co-presented by Nissin Yakisoba, Jack N’ Jill Nips Chocolate Bar, Mang Juan, Dynamite Chews, Chocovron, Mogu Mogu, and media partnerships with ClickTheCity.com and WhenInManila.com
