About the Event
The world is changing. Its existence for billions of years has tarnished its lush caused by the activities done by its inhabitants. As a current citizen of the Earth, it is our primary duty to be stewards and ensure that the next generations can still enjoy the wonders of nature, breathe fresh air, and savor a hazard-free environment.
The Voice Within and The Daily You present ForeWorld, a fair of spoken words, music, and gallery that aims to raise awareness of the environment. The organizers believe that one of the most effective ways to communicate the causes is through art. Through artistic renditions, we can raise funds and initiate action towards a more responsible treatment to our planet. Proceeds of the event will go to ATD Fourth World Philippines.
Featured artists are White Wall Poetry for spoken word; Aia de Leon (former vocalist of Imago), OTM band, Last Year’s Playlist, and Paula Alcasid for music fest; and Star Sabroso, Marvin de Guia, and Kay Moran for the gallery.
ForeWorld | Getting to know our home will be held on May 13, 2016, 8PM, at B-Side at The Collective, Malugay Street, Makati City. Ticket Price is at PHP 200.
