Papillon 

Directed by Michael Noer, it tells the story of French convict Henri Charrière, nicknamed "Papillon", who was imprisoned in 1933 and escaped in 1941 with the help of another convict, counterfeiter Louis Dega. The film stars Rami Malek, Charlie Hunnam and Tommy Flanagan.


 

Peppermint 

Directed by Pierre Morel, it follows a mother who sets out for revenge against the cartel that killed her husband and daughter. It stars Jennifer Garner, John Ortiz, John Gallagher Jr., Juan Pablo Raba, and Tyson Ritter.

Smallfoot 

Co-written and directed by Karey Kirkpatrick, with co-direction by Jason Reisig, it based on the book Yeti Tracks by Sergio Pablos. A Yeti is convinced that the elusive creatures known as "humans" really do exist. It features the voices of Channing Tatum, James Corden, Zendaya, Common, LeBron James, Gina Rodriguez, Danny DeVito, Yara Shahidi, Ely Henry, and Jimmy Tatro.


 

Marjorie Prime 

Written and directed by Michael Almereyda, it is based on Jordan Harrison's play of the same name. In 2050, a service that provides holographic recreations of deceased loved ones allows a woman to be face-to-face with the younger version of her late husband. The film stars Jon Hamm, Geena Davis, Lois Smith and Tim Robbins.


 

Slender Man 

Directed by Sylvain White, it is based on the character of the same name. In a small town in Massachusetts, a group of friends, fascinated by the internet lore of the Slender Man, attempt to prove that he doesn't actually exist – until one of them mysteriously goes missing. It stars Joey King, Julia Goldani Telles, Jaz Sinclair, and Annalise Basso, with Javier Botet


 

Night School 

Directed by Malcolm D. Lee, a group of troublemakers are forced to attend night school in hope that they'll pass the GED exam to finish high school. The film stars Tiffany Haddish, Kevin Hart and Brooke Butler.


 

Exes Baggage 

Directed by Dan Villegas, it tells the story of Pia and Nix who instantly hit it off after a chance encounter where natural conversations eventually develop into deep attraction. Despite their wounds from previous relationships, both decide to take a chance on each other. It stars Angelica Panganiban and Carlo Aquino.


 

The Trigonal 

Written and directed by Vincent Soberano, an underground fighting circuit run by an international crime syndicate invades a retired MMA champion's small, idyllic island hometown. Syndicate thugs brutally assault his wife and kill his best friend, leaving him with no other choice but to fight for justice. The film stars Ian Ignacio, Sarah Chang and Rhian Ramos.
